Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician

We’re looking for a family medicine physician or internal medicine physician to join our outpatient-only primary care team. The practice currently has 9 physicians, all of whom are partners. The physicians have been a part of the practice for anywhere from 5 to 15+ years. We are looking due to growth and demand for more primary care physicians from our community.

• 4 day work week
• Outpatient-only (primary care) position
• Emphasis on work/life balance and being physician-oriented
• Single specialty group private practice
• Patients and team members alike tend to be with the practice for a very long time

The compensation package would be a guaranteed base salary of around $250,000 to $275,000 a year with bonuses based on RVUs. Being a low-turnover group practice, there isn’t a set-in-stone compensation number. Candidates with differing compensation goals are encouraged to apply. No physician has ever left the practice due to compensation. That isn’t something we’d like to change.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Current resident, board eligible or board certified
