Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician

ETS Family Medicine is representing a physician owned primary care practice looking for a doctor with a great personality and an interest in partnership.

• Locally owned private practice with a partnership opportunity
• Outpatient only (primary care)
• Experienced staff with a very low turnover
• Join with a full panel due to another doctor’s retirement
• Option to see all ages (including pediatrics) or adult only
• Health insurance and malpractice insurance

Compensation: Total compensation is around $250,000. That is a mix of guaranteed base salary and production. The exact number and mix are TBD based on candidate desires and quality of match between candidate and practice. They’re really looking for a partner to take over the practice. It is sweat equity only. You don’t have to secure financing. If your personalities mesh, your clinical philosophies align, and you have similar long-term goals then most other things can be worked around.
