Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider for an impressive full-time position in Lake City. The practice is located in a suburb approximately an hour away from Jacksonville Metro.
- Outpatient position (primary care)
- $200,000+ salary based on experience with scaling over time, RVU production bonuses
- Benefits including: Generous 401(k), life insurance, and 4 weeks vacation and 11 holidays
- 18-20+ patients per day, depending on provider preferences

Requirements:
